OVERNIGHT / EXTENDED BOARDING

A Stress-Free Experience

Your pet’s happiness and safety is our number one priority. During this service, we learn what they like and dislike and always treat them with kindness and patience. We never charge extra for snuggles - it’s included!

Overnight boarding is "all inclusive" and includes all the comfy bedding, treats/toys, Multiple daily socialized/individual exercise opportunities in our huge exercise and training ground and four to five outdoor breaks daily (in addition to exercise and play times) . Our overnight boarding area is climate (AC and heat) and humidity controlled. Further, our entire boarding area has an air purifier that cleans the air in our kennel every 35 minutes. Your dog will enjoy several kennel options ranging from our 3'x12' run with privacy divider and our larger 6'x12' for larger dogs/dogs requiring a larger enclosure.

While it is our policy to board all dog breeds, we reserve the right to decline services to dogs that exhibit aggressive behavior before or during our boarding, training or grooming services.

Requirements for boarding (Dogs):

All dogs boarding at Cool Spring Farm must adhere to our very strict policy on vaccinations. Please read the below mentioned carefully and call us directly should you have any questions:

Vaccinations must be administered at least 48 hours prior to arrival under the guidance of a licensed veterinarian. However, we prefer vaccinations be administered 10-14 days before check-in to ensure maximum efficiency. Written proof is required. Rabies, DPP (Distemper, Parvovirus & Parainfluenza) 1 or 3-yr. vaccine required. Bordetella is Required every 12 months and at least 48 hours prior to check in to ensure max efficiency and protection against Kennel cough. Furthermore, we strongly

recommend vaccinating your dog for K-9 Influenza, Lyme and Leptospirosis. However, they are not mandatory.

All dogs will be flea/tick free and on a preventative plan, which is up to date at the time of check in. Further, all dogs must be in stable/good health at check in. Any client/animal presenting for check in who does not meet the above mentioned will be refused service and declined entrance into the facility. Your understanding here is appreciated.

HOW CAN I CHECK ON MY PET DURING THEIR STAY?

At Check in, we will provide both after hours contact info and normal business hours info. Please feel free to check in as often as needed. We are happy to bring pet parents up to speed on daily activity. Furthermore, we often send pictures and videos via text. We understand that boarding your pet can be tough and we go that extra mile to keep you informed.

MY PET HAS A SPECIAL DIET. CAN THEIR NEEDS BE ACCOMMODATED?

Absolutely! Not only will we feed as per your directions at check in, but we also adhere to interval feeding, can accommodate raw, heated and frozen. It's our goal to keep your dog or cat on the same interval and regimen as home.
